I like the first two, but Image of Baal is under-powered. I'd word it like this: "Kings of Israel and O.T. Evil Prophets are protected from Convert Abilities. When blocking, negate the first enhancement played."
-
Fixed. Was the limit on it good or no?
-
I think the limit is fine.

U may want to put ur Characters as 'May band to...' if not then they will have to Band, and that may not always be good.
Also, change 'Artifact Depicting an Idol' to just 'Idol'. Mostly to save room but also because cards that are Idols are Idols (Ex. household Idols, Golden Calf...) they have the Identifier of Idol, not depicts an Idol.
Just like Sword and Bow and Arrow don't have 'Depicts a Weapon' because they are weapons.
And 'Image of Baal' is still UP to me... First off, reword it like this: "Protect Evil Kings and Magicians from Conversion. If Blocking, Prevent the next Good Enhancement played."
Remember, if u Negate a Card before it's played, it is treated as Prevent. (This ruling is most from Forts that Negate Characters. So Satan's Seat actually Prevents Thaddeus' ability but it also Negates Simon the Zealot's ability even after he has been in battle.)
I would add something to Image of Baal because Charms protects Magicians from Conversion & Capture and Gates of Samaria protects Evil Kings in Territory, and other cards already protect from Conversion. I would make it stronger.
Idols in the Temple: Remove 'Artifact immediately takes effect' because the ruling clarifacations already noted that is what happens when u play an Artifact. There is no more need for that. Also make it Territory Class. But I may want to remove the requirement for it to be an Idol, because there aren't really many Idols in the game. (6, I think...) and lots of ways to blow them up too. It may be better if u make it like this: "If used by a Evil King or Magician, Place this Card in your Territory to Search Deck or Discard Pile for an Idol and play it. Protect Idols from Opponents. Cannot be Negated by a Prophet."
I hope that I am helpful to u.

Now they're good.
Also, it is the Discard Pile

Just some nitpicking hints from a grammar freak. :P
For special abilities, capitalize:
-card titles ("May band to Jezebel", "If The Garden Tomb is in play", etc.)
-specific card types (Hero, Evil Character, Artifact/Covenant/Curse, Fortress, Site, Lost Soul)
-the first word of each sentence (as per normal grammar rules)
-nationality identifiers (Assyrian, Canaanite, Egyptian, etc.)
-rank identifiers (King, Queen)
-Biblical books ("Ezra Hero", "Genesis card", etc.)
-Land of Bondage/Redemption
Do not capitalize:
-brigades (green, blue, crimson, good/evil gold, etc.)
-locations not mentioned above (hand, deck, field of battle, discard pile, Artifact pile (Artifact is, pile is not), etc.)
-identifiers not mentioned above (musician, magician, demon, human, royalty, involving music, etc.)
-general card types (card, character, enhancement, evil/good enhancement)
-game actions (discard, capture, convert, protect, negate, play, etc.)
