Pride Before Destruction
0/0 Multicolor Evil Enhancement
Special Ability: Interrupt Wall of Protection. Interrupt the battle and band all opponent's heroes into battle. You may play the next enhancement. Cannot be negated.
Verse: Proverbs 18-19 (Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.)

That is a truly awesome card idea, props. Mmm, sapphira and deceit...
-
Just make it interrupt WoP and make the next enhancement CBN, then that card would be truly awesome
-
Ah yes, I forgot about WoP. However, I wouldn't want to make the next enhancement CBN; the card is a little bit powerful as it is, I think.
-
It still seems a little OP; maybe say, "Interrupt WoP and band up to 6 EC's into battle. After this battle, discard all your EC's in battle. CBN," or something that limits it a little more (preferably something biblically based).
-
Having it Multicolor is too powerful. Imagine playing this and AoCP in a game. Your opponent would have no defense. I think that it would be a more balanced card if it was a single color, most likely black.

It doesn't take pride to have people help you. It does to fight down a crud load of people.

I was trying to work in the "before calamity" part while making it less powerful at the same time, and I think I did a pretty good job, to be honest.

Eh, the original intent was to band in your opponent's heroes so that you could play a discard-all card. I'm not sure where you got ECs... ;)
As for the original card, it's about as biblically correct as I could make it. Hero enters battle, has initiative, plays battlewinner to kill the evil character. His fellow Heroes, being arrogant over their fellow Hero's victory, join the battle en masse and give the evil character the chance to take them all out in one fell swoop. Pride cometh before destruction.

This card doesn't touch the opponent's defense. It's a multicolor evil enhancement that bands in your opponent's heroes. I agree though that multicolor might be too powerful, but it needs to be limited in T2. Perhaps two-color?

...I'm an idiot. :P Please pay no further attention to anything I have said so far.
