Title: Pit+The Sword shall devour+ Casting LOTS!
Post by: TheKarazyvicePresidentRR on January 28, 2010, 12:39:15 PM
Ishmael's Pit (Evil fort)(Holds an unlimited amount of heroes)
"Place all heroes you discard in this fort. Any player may discard a good ENH from hand or storehouse to release one hero back to owners territory"
Jer 41:9. Now the pit into which Ishmael had cast all the dead bodies of the men whom he had slain, because of Gedaliah, was the same one Asa the king had made for fear of Baasha king of Israel. Ishmael the son of Nethaniah filled it with the slain.

"The Sword shall devour" Multi Evil EE
"Interrupt WOP and cause a hero and evil character in play fight each other."
jer 46:10. For this is the day of the Lord God of hosts, A day of vengeance, That He may avenge Himself on His adversaries. The sword shall devour; It shall be satiated and made drunk with their blood; For the Lord God of hosts has a sacrifice In the north country by the River Euphrates.

Casting lots Brown/Grey EE
If used by a roman, Flip a coin. If heads opponent may randomly select a face down artifact. Add that artifact to his hand. If tails protect all evil characters in battle from discard and the battle immediatly ends in a stalemate. CBI

OR

If used by a roman, Flip a coin. If heads opponent may discard one card in your territory. If tails protect all evil characters in battle from discard and the battle immediatly ends in a stalemate. CBI

I like both ideas, but for Ishmael's Pit, I would word it "any player" instead of "either player." I know no one plays MP, but for consistency...;)

XD Oops! Fixed, not that anyone uses defense in MP ;)

I like the first version of Casting Lots, but I think it should be worded like this: "Reveal one face-down artifact from your artifact pile to flip a coin. If heads, opponent may put that artifact in his hand. If tails, protect all evil characters from discard and end the battle in a stalemate."

If Casting Lots became a card, I would practice my coin flipping again to always get tails (it's not that hard to do). :)

I believe that's known as cheating.

No it isn't but I trust that people wouldn't do that, nor rig their deck via trick shuffles.

Yes, it is. My card is a reprint of an otherwise pretty useless card. (You will find alot of cards posted here are reprints of older cards)

it was my idea to change CL's sa cause it's useless

and HI, it's just an idea, doesn't mean Rob will reprint if he doesn't want to

the sa i thought of was like this:

"flip a coin or roll a die, if rescuer wins, then they may discard a card from an opponent's hand or territory, if holder wins, then battle ends in a stalemate. Cannot Be Negated"
