CBI won't do much against FBTN, so unless you're thinking that because of numbers, it won't help much.

That's actually kind of terrifying. I pity the poor man who has Plot on the bottom of his deck.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

the numbers are the aim at stopping fbtn angels not the abiliy . . . this ability could be very fun especially with balanced decks making a solid comeback now

Getting your Plot ripped by your opponent would kinda suck. I do like the card though. Persians need some beef.

with revealer lost soul, gideons call, fishers of men there are getting to be lots of good ways to manipulate an opponents deck

I love the idea, both for it's ability to help Persians and for it's ability to hurt Plot decks, however I am unsure about one thing, why is it a magician?

Satraps are ancient wise men which almost always coincided with magic.

And the reveal ability seems to play nicely with Magcians

I just think possibly stealing FA, VP, Mayhem, CM  could be so awesome. You could potentially CM a Jacob and Moses band or Simeon and Moses

Could be fun.

I'm fairly sure Satraps were just what Persians called Governors, if I'm remembering correctly from Daniel, Darius put some number of Satraps to rule over the newly conquered Persian empire, of which Daniel was one of the top ones. There is no implication of being anything close to a Magician, although someone could correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm doing this by memory.

Satrap's were the governors of persian Provinces, I have found no mention of magic in context with them, but I am sure that there are persian magicians. Also, Satraps could have the ability to protect another evil character the whole time they are in play, as they are governors.

I would have to agree, upon looking further into the matter. You could make the just brown, put an identifier "connected with magic" & add the ability "band to a magician". I think that would be fair.

I feel that any card allowing you to use an opponent's Dominant for little to no cost to be too powerful. Otherwise, I like the card (though the arguments against them being magicians will require some changes).
