Helps out D heavy decks by stopping drawing for a couple turns. It doesn't seem very powerful to me though, so maybe it stick around longer.
I'll try to get a title/verse tomorrow.

First of all, needs rewording, like so: "Place in territory for 2 turns: restrict players from using draw abilities. Cannot be interrupted."
Second of all...it's kind of boring. How about adding a little more excitement? For example, "Place in territory: When a player uses a draw ability, he must place X cards beneath deck. Cannot be interrupted. (X = # of good brigades of player)"
Possibly interesting with Demons, supports defense in general (probably making it evil), and punishes mostly multi offenses. Also, sticks around.

I think it'd be more interesting if X was the number of cards drawn.
