Does anyone know if a new expansion is coming out and when???

they are supposedly working on it, but from my sources, they are not getting anywhere fast.

To my knowledge the set has more or less been finished but no formal testing has been done... I could be wrong about that though.

I could be wrong, also. I havent talked to them about it in quite a while, but if it is done, I am sure that testing has not started.

How long has it been since Catus put out a large card set?

They put out the new Starter decks last summer I believe, and before that the disciples cards came out in 2011.

Incorrect, they released several new tins in 2012.
