the Hittites, and the Gnostics
old testament and new.

Sounds just fine; brigades?

Oh, Black for Hittites
Grey for Gnostics

Oh, Black for Hittites
Grey for Gnostics
I like the new civilization ideas. I think it might be better to place them in brigades that aren't already trying to support 3 other civilizations. There are some brigades (crimson, pale green, gold) that currently only have one civilization to support.

Good point.
I was just being random. I noticed we didn't have Hitties, and Gnostics are particularly galling to me
It will have to line up with the color explanations from back in the day, yes?

Pale green could use some more NT baddies so maybe the Gnostics wouldbe a good fit there.
For the Hittites, Not black, black already has the Philistines. what about Brown? (well, Brown has two OT civilizations it is trying to build Israelite kings and persians) DOnt do Gold because the Egyptians and the Hittites hated each other back in the day... maybe crimons but babylonians are pretty well established there.
Maybe a new evil brigade color like Chartreuse, Burgundy, Navy Blue, Almond (off white) or Deep Purple! (Highway Star!)
-
For sure deep purple!
-
Tan brigade for the win.

Great points, but I think we are really out of new brigade colors....
1 vote for PG Gnostics!
Well, now, I was reading up on Hittites, and they lived in parts of Syria, so maybe grey since Syrians are grey... But even better, they are a Bronze age culture, so, how about Bronze??

I like Bronze. It's the opposite of Silver

I like Bronze. It's the opposite of Silver
Not really. Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin, silver is an element.
-
the opposite of silver is like obsidian:in the icon box it would be black with streaks of gray

Not really. Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin, silver is an element.
I just mean it would be the "other shiny metal color"
So, imagine it had a shiny bronze icon box, and printed in foil. eeeeewwww!!!!
Shiny overdose!!!

Are there even any Gnostics except Simon Magus in the bible?

I think anything before the council of Nicaea is fair game
Hey, can we have a Eusebius??? Cool!

I was just about to ask a similar question. Are there enough Gnostics mentioned in the Bible to justify making a civilization in Redemption for them?
