Evil character's numbers (*/*) are equal to the number of cards in opponents hand.
Gives orange the possible boost it needs (even though it does have Kot, I couldn't think of another suiting brigade for this color) and adds a another hate card to speed.

Multiplying Demon doesn't work because a ITB battle card interrupts himself. Add a CBN to solve that. I think it is OP'D because it renders all ITB combos useless.

The thing with multiplying demon is you aren't going to have too many */5 or lower demons in your deck and you will most likely be dying once they come into battle anyways (assuming the first demon is gone)
To make Roman Law more balanced, you could have a condition "discard this card if an O.T. hero wins a battle"

I like them all except Roman Law is slightly OP and the evil fortress should be a curse

Pretty decent ideas. I think some adjustments would probably be needed before actual printing but not a bad start. I think one card could be way too abusive.

Discarding cards from hand is potentially very strong. How I would abuse this in type 2:
Put lots of demons in my deck. Put some speed in to help draw them. Put lots of useful evil set-asides in my deck. Then set-aside one demon at a time and discard my opponent's entire hand. Can be repeated.

It is strong but I think a simple
'If your opp removes a demon from play' would work well.

I like Women of Galilee. Lost Soul protection abilities are annoying. :-)
I would word it like this: Negate all protect abilities on lost souls this turn. Cannot be negated.
Spirit of Truth is also nice.
I'd also like to see a set based on the early Christian fathers, i.e. the disciples of the disciples (Polycarp, Ignatius of Antioch, et. al.). I'll see if I can come up with something.
