I thought it'd be cool to have a Nehushtan Artifact, so I tried to think of one
Nehushtan
Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Heal a hero in play. Limit once per turn. • Identifiers: O.T. Item • Verse: 2 Kings 18:4 •
I thought it should have a draw-back, something to make you use David's Harp over it.
(possibly "If an artifact depicting an idol is in play discard Nehushtan"?)

I thought it'd be cool to have a Nehushtan Dominant so I tried to think of one.
Type: Grim Reaper • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Discard one active Artifact in play. Artifact's ability is negated. • Play As: Discard one Artifact to negate its special ability. • Identifiers: False Religious Practice • Verse: II Kings 18:4
Oh wait. We already have one.
Wow.
I like your idea. Maybe something like: "discard this card to heal all of holder's heroes in play."

That's "Destruction of Nehushtan" ;)

There is already a Brass Serpent enhancement that heals, this would be too repetitive.

True, I didn't think of that... Darn

Except that's all heroes in play and is able to be recurred.

I think any Nehushtan artifact should have something to do with the fact that it became an idol to the Israelites. Something like:
Nehushtan
Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Heal a hero in play. Limit once per turn. Evil enhancements cannot be prevented by good cards. Discard if King Hezekiah wins a battle • Identifiers: O.T. Item, Depicts an Idol • Verse: 2 Kings 18:4
This is a lot like mixing Brass Serpent with Asherah Pole, but keeping the power down

I like that idea (I would say "Discard if King Hezekiah is in play"), just that one thing though, why would anyone use David's harp when they could use this? (except for the discard part, but nobody uses King Hezzy)

but nobody uses King Hezzy
Not yet at least.
