A battlewinner for multiple themes:
Census - 0/0 multi EE
"If used by royalty, return all humans in play and set-aside to owner's territories. No human may be set aside for the next 3 turns. Cannot be prevented."
A counter for choose the blocker that hopefully has other uses:
Babel - Evil fortress
"When played, select 2 evil brigades. While this card remains in play, evil characters you control may use enhancements of those two brigades while in battle."

The First is Awesome! the second is the Most OP'd I've................

If you look in the Bible for Babel, the people spoke different tounges. So, he is trying to capture that by saying different birgades. :)

It's still incredibly OP'd. There should be a cost to playing/using it's ability.

Do something like opponent may reveal a good dominant from hand to negate and discard this and opponent may not use said dominant in 3 turns or something like that...
-
Still OP'd. I set aside NJ, and wait for SoG.

Why do you think Babel is so OP? Do you think Users of Curious Arts, King Ahaz, and Love of Money are OP as well? I could change it to one brigade, but I'd like to hear the reason it is OP first.

Which card are you referring to? Census? It's not that different than cards like Achan's Sin, Nebby's Pride, and Deluge of Rain. It doesn't interrupt the battle and is negatable. Plus, it doesn't harm the characters (Achan's Sin removes, Nebby's Pride sets aside, Deluge of Rain discards, etc.), and if you play it when a protected hero is in battle (Asahel, Birth Foretold, immunity to any evil color), your opponent wins a soul, since it says humans, not heroes. It just happens to be useful for characters of many different themes.
