The [edited by R.O.S.E.S.] already exist. They are not new. There are already at least 10 characters from that civilization in the game, and at least 5 of them are already in the same brigade. That civilization has already appeared in an identifier, too.
This is just the first time that other cards will refer to that civilization. :D

Cactus is releasing a 60 card set for 2011. It is packaged as three new FoOF Tins (XX, XXI, XXII) and three new RoA Tins (XXIII, XXIV, XXV). The playtesters have worked hard on it and I hope you enjoy the new cards. Thank you for understanding that Cactus must live within its means. I plan to release the new tins at the National Tournament.

I just thought, in RoA there was one Lost Soul per tin, could that mean that there are going to be a Lost Soul in each of the new RoA tins?My guess is there won't be any new lost souls this year.
