Mario
6/6 red/blue/green warrior class hero
S.A.: Hero is immune to koopas and goombas and is protected from capture and discard. If equipped w/ mario's cap, hero has access to all sites and has first strike. Cannot be negated.
Mario's cap
0/3 red warrior class enhancement
S.A.: If placed on mario, he ignores all ec's w/ toughness above /3.
Winged cap
Artifact
S.A.: upon activation, you may look at the top 4 cards of opponents deck.
remove one card from the game. Shuffle the rest in any order. May be used twice.
Fireballs
Good dominant
S.A.: Look at opponent's hand. Remove up to 5 characters from opponent's hand and/or
territory from the game.
Toad
2/3 teal hero
S.A.: hero is protected from conversion. Toad may look at opponents hand
then return from battle unharmed or continue rescuing.
Bowser
10/11 orange/black/crimson warrior class ec
S.A.: enhancements played on Bowser cannot be interrupted. The first
time bowser is to be discarded, place back in territory and decrease him 2/2.
On the 2nd time, place in opponents territory to band in a goomba to battle.
Evil fire
2/2 orange enh.
S.A.: interrupt the battle. Discard all heroes in battle and one fortress in
opponents territory. opponent may discard 6 cards in hand of holder's choice
to negate this. cannot be negated.
Call of bowser
1/1 black ec
Discard 2 cards from hand to search draw and/or discard pile for all goombas
and koopas and add to battle. Cannot be negated
Goomba
2/2 brown ec
S.A. may band to a koopa. The first time Goomba is about to be discarded, place in
opponents territory and treat as a lost soul.
Koopa
3/3 pale green ec
S.A.: may band with a goomba. koopas may not be converted.
when banded into battle, each koopa increases 1/1.

You should definitely have the Wario Cap.....could put an interesting twist on conversion.
