I was prepping tomorrow's Land of Redemption article this morning and was inspired by some of the cards/references made in it. So I ended up reviewing II Kings 11 which is the story of Athaliah's seizing of the Judean throne after her son Ahaziah is killed and her eventual overthrow by Jehoiada and Joash. These are some ideas I had based on that story. Thoughts/comments/concerns welcome as always! :)
Note: Jehosheba was the wife of Jehoiada, the daughter of Joram, and Ahaziah's sister so she's definitely royalty (thus fitting in purple). I thought about making her half teal but wasn't sure if that was "okay" as she wouldn't have actually been a priest.

I really like this! These all seem pretty balanced (except for reign, that could maybe be needed just a little) and have a nice mini theme going for them. 10/10 :thumbup:

If you really wanted to, sure. There are plentiful ways to get rid of her if someone did that, though. :P

I'm actually not sure. I was remembering Melchizedek's various abilities incorrectly.

I don't know how it would apply to Mel only, it should work with any OT purple king. Just take them in and out of Ravine as many times as you want. Each time will increase her 1/1. The only way this wouldn't work if is you aren't allowed to take a character out of a fortress the same turn you put them in, although I didn't find that restriction anywhere.

The art in Saved from Death might not be the most appropriate for Redemption haha... take another look.

I mean, I'm really not opposed to having that as an option if someone really wants to increase her a bunch. She's not really intended to actually be the blocking EC most of the time anyway.

I, personally, see no problems with low-cut. There's nothing inappropriate showing. And the art is from GoodSalt for goodness' sake, haha. Plus it *really* fits the timing/events.
