Philippian Masters of Divination
0/1
Territory class, Greek
Each time you or your opponent looks at a hand because of a special ability on an N.T. card discard a card in a territory except a character, cannot be negated.

Spirit of Divination
3/3 orange demon
Territory class
Place on  Damsel with Spirit of Divination: at the start of each upkeep phase you may look at the top 6 cards of your deck, add an evil card to hand, and place the remaining cards on top or bottom of deck.

You will need an evil fortress with "University" in the title that can combo with Masters of Divination.  ;)

Spirit of Divination is redundant to Damsel with Spirit of Divination.

Spirit of Divination is redundant to Damsel with Spirit of Divination.

Then how about this:

Spirit of Divination
3/3 orange demon
Territory class
Place on  your magician: at the start of each upkeep phase you may discard your evil character to look at the top 6 cards of your deck, add an evil card to hand, and place the remaining cards on top or bottom of deck.

What I mean is, "Damsel with Spirit of Divination" is a card that includes 2 individuals: the damsel, and the spirit of divination. A separate Spirit of Divination card is redundant.

The reason why I limited it to N.T cards was because a broader ability could be utilized with spy, ahimaz, U&T, ..etc I think that's a little powerful. Another way of wording it would be to change N.T look at hand abilities to all look at hand abilities , and then proceed to restrict targets to N.T cards. But I prefer it the first way around because it has a good balanced of utility and power.
