I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

*sigh* Do you care to explain why or offer anything else to support your opinion?

Gideon is basically a stronger IA with more limited banding abilities. It's true that getting around protection is good, but as he's not protected while in Judge's Seat I don't think it's overly good.

Gideon's Army forces you to waste a turn the first time you use him. After that, he only offers immunity (which doesn't win battles and can be Negated) and even then only to Humans.

Altar at Ophrah isn't even as good at Ark or I Am Justice. How many of your battles end in a stalemate? It's mostly to counter standalone Immunity defenses, which Red and Gold usually have issues with.

If these cards ever made it out, a red/gold judge deck would always win...against anything but a lot of lucky random chance hand/deck discarding.

I meant the "discard any evil character in play" ability if you changed it to once per game then I would be fine with it

I gave Gideon's forces a little more thought and decided you are right and for the Altar change it to "If your Red or Gold brigade Warrior Class Hero ends a battle in a Stalemate, Discard an Evil Character." then it would fit better

Gideon and his army are WAY op'd though. ANY evil character, ANY turn, without ANY protection? If you have this, and a heal card, that's a rediculous herolite. And Gideon's army... with three nails you can't be hurt. And remember, abilities from last turn cannot be negated, so they CAN"T hurt you? But I love the others, and agree we need more judges and cards to go with them.

Here's the judges card I though would be cool:

Gideon's Altar
Artifact
"Upon activation, if Gideon and an angel are in your territory, discard a good enhancement from your hand to place a judge from your deck into your unoccupied judge's seat. Reduce hero's ability by 1/0."
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

Only reason that art could be OP'd is... it will target ANY evil character, even one who wasnt in battle.

Oops, good catch on the any.

On Gideon's Army, it's not a gained ability. The first time it enters battle, it uses one ability. On subsequent times, it uses the other.

I honestly don't see any issue but Op's. I would say "If an immune character blocks" or limit the uses. Most because it'd decimate a good banding defense, or anyone just rushing out with Army of Simeonites.

Except it's stalemate only. A banding defense wouldn't be a stalemate, it'd kill the rescuer. Just about the only time a stalemate realistically happens is when one of the stand-alone Evil Characters is somehow involved in the battle.

Not nessisarily. E wisemen - E archer - Potiphar - Pots wife would only rack up 8 offense.  Maybe its cuz I play with alot of itb and negates with my defenses but i've had battles where its happened like that.
