Inspired by the "Paintings of Abominations" card posted recently. Let me know if either version sounds good.
Den of Robbers - 0/0 Gold evil EE (Brown? Multi so only one per deck?)
Territory Class
Same verse
VERSION 1:
"Place this card on a good fortress in play or set-aside: Negate the special ability on that fortress. If this card is removed from the fortress, you may search discard pile for a generic human evil character and put it in play."
VERSION 2:
"Place this card on a good fortress in play or set-aside to search discard pile for a generic human evil character: Negate the special ability on that fortress. Discard this card if Son of God is played."

Doesn't make sense based on the verse, and all this hatin' on Fishing Boat (not OP) and Dust and Ashes (not OP) is really unwarranted.

Well it wouldn't do anything to D&A, since its CBN. I was just thinking about the time Jesus drove the merchants out of the temple or synagogue or whatever and said that they made it a "den of robbers" when it was really supposed to be for something else - something good. Hence, negate a good fortress.
-
Yeah, but that's part of why it makes no sense. No Temples are set aside, so why is it going over there?
I think you can come up with a much cooler, much more original ability for this card.
-
Wouldn't be interesting if when you place it on the fortress, any cards on it will become yours (since they are thiefs :) )
-
Hm, I has an idea.
Gold/Grey TC
"Place this card in opponent's territory. At your upkeep discard one card from opponent's deck. Lost souls go to play instead. At any time opponent may give X cards from hand to owner of this card to remove it from the game."
X = Number of Thieves or Pharisees in play

That would be too OP in T2. You could have more pharasses out than a usual hand would be.
-
Not OP, you'd just have to get rid of it in some fashion other than giving cards.

Den of Robbers should be a fortress.
