i don't like itit's too overpowered and it's most likely to get the banhammer first cause if someone was to play it against me, it would make me wanna just quit the game right then and there

Perhaps set aside 3 heroes for 3 turns then. Keep in mind that this was a punishment from God to DAVID.
But his evil acts had consequences for other innocent people (heroes). I guess I don't see how else you could have a card that represents God chastizing otherwise good people, which happens quite a bit in the bible. You can't have it be an evil card of course. And it shouldn't be something that a hero volunteers for, like set aside enhancements. Sometimes God punishes good people for their sins. You can't get around this. So if we start a precedent for allowing this I think we are on strong scriptural ground. After all, if the person doesn't like option 2 then they should choose something else
