I'd change the name on the second card. I don't mind either of them too much in general.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

For the first, I would tweak it slightly to say, "If blocking a NT hero, you may increase this character's abilities by 10/10 and/or play an enhancement."

For the second, change the title to either "The Disciples took Him!" or "Lying About the Tomb". I would also focus it more, since right now it's not particularly powerful, and doesn't seem to fit the theme that well. This is just a suggestion for how I'd do it: "Place in opponent's territory. While you have a NT evil character in play, negate all protect and ignore abilities."

The second ones point was to negate FBTN for Pharisees and to negate protection from capture for Syrians.

Except that name doesn't fit with the idea behind the verse and the card.  They wouldn't have called him the Messiah.

In general, an interesting idea for some cards.  A little confused on the second, however:  Did you intend for it to prevent Negate abilities on characters and protection from capture for that player, or all players?  It would currently affect all players.  And just so you know, you can only place it in the territory of the player making a rescue against you (due to "opponent's").

Just wanted to make sure that was all intentional :)
