Abner was mainly evil so he really shouldn't have a Hero card. if he was made like that I would have them have the same numbers.
What are your comments on the above cards
-
He joined David at the end of his life. then he was slaughtered by Joab. That's why I figured that.
-
Abner was mainly evil so he really shouldn't have a Hero card.
I could make the same argument for Joab -he deserves to be an EC much more than ahero. The main reason they're the alignment they are is which king they were with - Abner was loyal to Saul, who, in his perspective, was still the rightful king.
You should probably put a "may" on Joab and Absalom`s underdeck. As of right now, they are mandatory.
-
Added in the "may" to their abilities. Are any considered OP or UP right now?
-
Joab should probably read "If blocking..." instead of "If evil...". Not sure if I like that band to any OT male WC, perhaps a book restraint? He's really good for a FBTNB offense right now. I like his blocking ability - good cost for the benefit.
Absalom should read "May band to a II Samuel Evil Character..." - unless you want him to bring multiple characters in, a la Pharisees. If that's the case, then word that ability like the generic Pharisees/Sadducees.
For Absalom's Soldiers, does underdeck automatically include a reveal when there's no restriction on what card type gets underdecked? Probably more a ruling question there, but it impacts how you know if a LS was hit by them (if they're not revealed as part of underdecking, you can't instead a LS without explicitly revealing the cards).
Maybe have Amasa add Absalom's Soldiers to battle? As is, that's kind of a weak option on his ability since the Soldiers just go to hand.

Updated them.
Joab's banding works for which ever alignment you choose.
