Post by: TheKarazyvicePresidentRR on January 02, 2010, 01:32:29 PM
Balista and Catapults (Artifact)
Discard a card from hand or territory depicting rock(s) or arrow(s) to discard human character in territory.

2nd chron 26:15. And he made devices in Jerusalem, invented by skillful men, to
be on the towers and the corners, to shoot arrows and large stones.
So his fame spread far and wide, for he was marvelously helped till
he became strong.

Ignoring God (multi EE)
"If used by an archer negate immunity on all heroes. Discard one WC hero.

2nd chron 35:22. Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but
disguised himself so that he might fight with him, and did not heed
the words of Necho from the mouth of God. So he came to fight in the
Valley of Megiddo.

I really like these two. I think that there should be a limit on how many times you can discard for the b&c per turn. It would be op i think even though it has a cost. I am also glad you made the Ignoring God a multi that way you can't have more than one in your deck. If this was made in r/l it could become a staple in every deck for suicidal reasons. Go in with an archer discard one, play that discard another CM on the hero in battle. Kinda hard to recover from losing 3 heroes.

I've never had an issue losing 3 heroes, but thats because I'm me, and I'm weird. I wouldn't say its a staple, its negateable and no archers can gain CBN. Strong though. And Should I add may be used twice per turn? (Honestly, can you name a commonly used rock/arrow card?)

Would david's sling be considered one since he needed a rock to use in the sling for it to be effective? lol

Maybe, and even then David's sling is a rare find.

Why does the second card need a archer to play it?

Why does the second card need a archer to play it?
It doesn't. But being used by an archer negates immunity(The king there was shot by an arrow)
