I hope this works as intended. I meant for you to be able to play it after your opponent uses a card like Uzzah or Belshazzar's Banquet to negate it.

A dominant might work (though it would probably rarely be used, especially if the proposed dominant cap is instituted) but an enhancement wouldn't work, because the Hero wouldn't get initiative.
