You get to discard another evil card.

Which is why I think this is a little too OP'd...

This does not specify evil.  It works against heroes too.  Like if they discard your Thaddeus, you can discard their John.  If they discard your 12FG, you can discard their Lot's wife, etc.

A character of the same alignment. Evil does not equal the same alignment as good.

What did I say that is wrong?

Dude, this card is a total Speed-monger. Gotta give a thumbs down to the Sabbath Breaker/Uzzah/TD + AEfaE combo. Maybe say "d/c'd by an opp" instead of just regular d/c'd.

Good catch.

What i meant was that it should ONLY work if discarded by SA not by #'s

Discarding their entire deck without them being able to do anything (weell, there are a few counters). Problem is, in order to do it, I have to have my entire deck discarded, which means I can't get rid of their characters...

you just have to get out Gates of Hell on your first turn.

I'm not trying to do it first turn. Once I get it up it's game over, pretty much. I'm just having problems getting rid of evil characters once  I'm done ripping their deck apart.

just have 1 of every single on of those exclusive characters that kill the protect fortresses. Also have women as snares.

I don't have that much deck space. Woman as Snares might work. If only she was crimson...

convert her and use gold shield on a converted ashpenazzed character.

Wouldn't it just be easier to capture her and then Ashpenaz?

I'm pretty sure Ashpenaz only does male characters.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I remember.

Lost souls have gender?

No, doesn't have to be male.

I stand corrected.
Maybe thinking of human only, maybe thinking of Arioch.
Yes, that is a good idea.

Arioch discards a (Male?) human evil character in your territory to not let any lost souls be rescued. If  opponent doesn't have a prophet in play.
