Who watches and likes it? I've watched most of it and it's pretty good cept end of the namek saga which stunk... hard.

I'm gonna break your topic, since I don't like DBZ Kai from what I've seen, but I must ask, have you seen the original DBZ, if so, how close does Kai follow it/stay true to the way it was done originally? Also, if you can't take people posting on your thread with differing opinions, maybe it is better you don't post the thread, because someone will ALWAYS have a different opinion than you.

Just trying to avoid the mega spam from haters. DBZ Kai is pretty much shorter DBZ without as much filler for a faster story.

O_o; From the latest episodes I have seen it has more filler, maybe my memory is bad but I don't remember Trunks coming back in time to see Piccolo fighting an android not from Trunk's time.

Your memory's bad. 291 VS 100 eps. Which has more filler? BTW DBZ kai is 100 % DBZ just smaller. From what i heard in DBZ it took the freeza fight over 20 episodes. It took less time in DBZ kai yet it was still long.

Step 1, did *spoilers* still die? (if you've seen it you know who I mean). Also less eps=/= less filler. Specially with the android/cell sagas. As said, I can only know what I've seen, which isn't much. Btw, is your filler thing something you've watched or hear-say?

Less filler in DBZ Kai probably means they took out the episode where Goku and Piccolo tried to get their driver's license. If that is the case I'd have no part it as that is my favorite episode. (Mostly kidding, except that really is one of my favorite episodes). I haven't had the chance to check out Kai yet. What was wrong with the end of Namek saga, or do you also hold that opinion for the original?

Boring, too drawn out. but yeah that episode was took out but I need to watch it on youtube.

I think DBZ Kai is almost exactly like DBZ but shorter. I watched all of the episodes. I like it, although DBGT is my Favorite.

As someone who never watched the original dragon ball z, (and in fact had no exposure to it at all, except for a video game I played at my cousin's years ago) I came into Kai with no bias for the original.  That said, I do enjoy Kai.  I watched a few of the original series episodes and found I like Kai better.  When I found out they were cutting off at the cell saga for Kai, I was initially upset, because I thought I'd never see the last saga.  But I went and watch a bunch of the episodes from that saga, and I'm glad Kai ends where it does.

In the end, I think Kai was a pretty good show, and from what I've seen and heard, I prefer the faster pace of Kai to all the fille.r

I think DBZ after Cell Saga starts getting stupid IMO. I have seen every episode, and I do like them all, but they do drop in quality quite a bit after Cell.
