I read a series a while back that i want to reread & finish. I dont remember what it is called or anything. all I remember is that the main character was a boy that was brilliant with the chemicals he had in a box, he helped light lamps that where lit with kelp, someone tried to grow the kelp in baths illegally and got caught, and some giant monster with antlers attacking in one of the books. not a lot to go on, I know, but if you could help it would be awesome. I loved the books.

You may want to rename this thread to something like "Need Help Remembering Book Title." When I first read the title of this thread in the list, I thought "Forgotten" was the name of the series. ;)
