Mine is World War Z because the Suspense was killer, it had my heart pounding throughout! What's yours?
-
The Princess Bride. Perfect combination of silliness and storytelling, combined with superb acting. This is the only exception to the rule that the book is better than the movie.
-
I love movies about hotels. The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Shining, Hotel Rwanda...you name it.
-
Facing the Giants! It had really good acting and the message was super!
-
These aren't out yet, but they're sure to be my favorites.

Star Wars. Love all of the original trilogy, if I had to choose one it would probably be Empire Strikes Back.

If I was in 70 films over 30 years and I spent each one talking at random volumes, I might accidentally win an Oscar too.
-
But Leo, that guy stinks and doesn't ever deserve an Oscar
-
...wait, is Cage playing Ray or Buck? I love the confused look on his face, like he's asking why in the world they would make this. Or maybe that's just me.
-
I have to choose? I don't know what my favorite is but I can narrow it down to five......
The Cowboys
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug
House Guest
Trapped in Paradise
Night at the Muesam
-
God's Not Dead is a masterpiece.
-
There's a lot of really great movies that I love, but this would have to be my hands-down favorite movie:

Watch it if you haven't seen it.

Cinderella Man: one of the best pictures of a careing father Hollywood ever released built on a great atmosphere. Oh, and it's a true story.
Braveheart: were in off topic so I can put this movie on. It's epic (and rightfully earns that monicker.) the movie pulls at the meaning and value of freedom and has some of the best dialog out there.
A Knights Tale/the Princess Bride: I love both of these movies for the same reason. They are both hilarious and deliver their comedy without simply bashing on stereotypes or using vulgarities.

Cage is playing Ray. The guy to the right is Cameron.
Also from their site:
The entire film takes place on the day of the Rapture
So don't expect much of the original story in this movie (except probably chapters 1-4).
-
The first pokemon movie
-
I don't know if they are actually my favorites, but if I am flipping through channels there are two movies that will make me put down the remote and watch till the end.
- Ground Hog Day
- The Shawshank Redemption
-
For me? The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, definitely.
This is where my love of the story comes from. (Forgive me, I haven't finished the books yet. :P) I love the story, characters, and the themes in the story. Also, I love the set and costuming designs, the cast, and especially the score. It's my favorite film score of all time.
My other favorite movies are:
Les Miserables (2012 Version)
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Casablanca
and A Hard Day's Night. :)
-
The guy to the right? That's chad Michael Murray of one tree hill. How do you not know that?
-
2014.
Not knowing who Chad Michael Murray is.
ISHYGDDT.

Yeah, yeah, necro and what not...I haven't been around for awhile, but I just wanted to not endorse my favorite movie. Hint: it has Russell Crowe, Joaquin Phoenix, and other Romans.
The next five or so movies on my top list would probably be any of Nolan's movies that I've seen except TDKR...it just wasn't that good, and if you don't believe me, watch the Honest Trailers trailer for it. But Batman I and II, Inception, The Prestige, and Memento are all super good.
-
Lord of the Rings, by Far.
If they make an actual good movie of Eragon that followed the book (which Christopher Paolini mentioned he might!!) That will be my favorite.

No mention of the LEGO Movie? I'm disappointed in you...
