I take joy in both building decks and playing, but since I don't get to play that much, I have built more decks than I can test in a couple of months. Even so, I love making decks, and I was wondering-what other deck(s) themes should I do? I like to stick to themes, because it's easier and a lot more fun. These are the decks I've built so far (most of which I got the idea/base card pool from here):
White Ignore/Gray Hand Discard
Genesis Hand Discard/Egyptian Deck Discard
Purple Royalty/Crimson Defence (didn't have much of a theme for the def. :-\)
Conversion/Brown Royalty
Z-Temple/Crimson Defence (Crimson was my best at the time, and this was my first tournament-ready deck)
Red Deck Discard/Egyptian Deck Discard (never was really completed, but I've spent enough time on it already)
What should I do next? I'd prefer to stay away from more of the 'stereotypical decks', like Speed and such. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and have a nice day!

Angels and Crimson
-
Angels and Greeks if you need help with a Angel offense a Greek or Sadducee defense don't hesistate to ask me my Angels / Greek is 39 wins 9 losses
-
Okay, Angel/Greek it is.
Problem is, I don't think I have many greeks... :-[
-
You don't need many Greeks. Use the ones from RoA, Greek Scholars, and Greek Philosophers x3 and you're pretty much all done.
-
Have you tried orange demon/pg place cards with a stonewallish (Slowly wearing down the opp's defense via things like ark, Iajustice, Iaholy etc,) offense?
-
I don't have RoA, and only have 1 Greek Philosopher... :-[
I've been thinking of it, but I just don't have enough 'stonewall' characters. These are the main ones I'm missing:
Prince of the Earth
King of Tyrus
Emperor Nero
Sorry, that's all I can think of right now, but I only have Prince of the Air, Red Dragon (immune version), and possibly a Gold 'Emperor Claudias', or something like that.
-
Not a stonewall defense. A stonewall OFFENSE with a paralyzing defense (Pale green/orange and all those fun place cards)
-
What constitutes as 'Stonewall Offense'? I don't have CoTH, Michael, TSA, Ark, IAJustice, etc. Sorry, my collection isn't that big. :-[
-
Deacons (Yes Deacons they do work and help add a element of suprise because no one but me uses them! 8))/Solid Grey Capture with Syrians or Pale Green Capture with Assyrians (you can even combo them to make UBER capture 8))

Well ark/iajustice is what i'd call key. A stonewall offense is basicaly territory destruction via artifacts. Least from what I've seen. Maybe try judges those are fun.

theres to many FBTN characters already none ofthe above except Nero wouldbe a staple in that defense

A stonewall offense always has I Am Holy, at least 3 Angels, Chamber, Holy Grail, Ark or IaJ, and big-number Heroes.
-
A stonewall offense always has Chariot of Fire, at least 5 Angels, Chamber, Ark, and big-number Heroes.
Fixed
-
Caleb, you misunderstand Stonewall.
-
ok well I posted a wyn offense not a stonewall offense :P
-
It's pretty rude to take someone's honest advice about deck building - especially concerning one by an experienced player who has extensively used that type for quite a while - and then change what they're saying to something wrong, and call it "Fixed". (I generally think the "Fixed" thing is pretty rude in the first place, but you've taken the bacon here.)

+1 Let alone about an archetype that they made.
-
Let alone that it seems to indicate that the person has missed the specific reason for the number three in combination with the other cards listed.
-
An Angel and Demon Deck might be cool to make.
Silver and Orange

Deacons (Yes Deacons they do work and help add a element of suprise because no one but me uses them! )/Solid Grey Capture with Syrians or Pale Green Capture with Assyrians (you can even combo them to make UBER capture )
Sadly, I don't think I have any... what are the main ones? And what enh. would go with them?

I only have, like, the 2 FoOF Judges, so I don't think that would work.

Silver and Orange
Only have ~2 battle winners in orange, so I can't really do orange, and I only have ~4 battle winners in silver.
Sorry if I seem to be shooting down all the ideas put up there - I'm not trying to. I'm just trying to let you guys know that I can't build those at this time, so I would like (if possible) more ideas. Again, sorry if I sound greedy/rude. :-\

If you have a bunch of blue packs, you may have more judges than you realize. Othniel, Samson, Shamgar, etc.

i wonder what set hagar's comin in
