Title: Type II Question - Please help

I know several years ago we made all fortresses unique (fair enough) so that only 1 of each could be in play. I can't remember, or find, a thread on use of multiple artifacts... are they unique?

I want to know if I can have 1 "I am Holy" as an art and 2 "I am Holy" on BotC/Herod's Temple.

Also, can we get a sticky with the new T2 Deck Building Rules in this section please? It would be very helpful, thanks so much!
