Title: Turtle deck???

Hello. Scoobug here I was just wondering what in the world a turtle deck is. Can anyone help!

play a giant defense and make sure your opponent can't rescue. it's extremely slow, hence the name. when your offense comes up, usually there isn't much your opponent can do to stop it.
