if you were going to make an old school deck what sets would you choose from how far would you go up too

I'd probably go Warriors to Apostles, maybe Angel Wars. I'd consider Kings for more strategy, even though it's "more recent (barely).

Kings was before AW.

I suppose it depends on what you call "old school". Personally, I'd call anything pre-tins "old", but TxP came out a decade ago, so take that how you will.
