I have always thought your heroes and dragons had to be a equal number. Is that true? Also,the enhancement cards that have no numbers on them-can you have a good and one bad or just one? And what about multi-color enhancements-how many can you have?

Good cards and evil cards in a deck only have to be equal if you are playing Type 2. In Type 1, you can have any ratio of the two.
Enhancement cards are limited to 1 of a specific card with a special ability per 50 cards in your deck, or up to 3 total of a specific card without a special ability. This is separate for good and evil (you can have 1 good enhancement with 3/3 and a special ability and an evil enhancement with 3/3 and a special ability, they do not exclude each other).
Multicolor (cards with more than 1 brigade, be it 2 or all of them) cards are limited to 1 per deck.
