Kinda had this idea a while back, and is a sub theme in my Silver deck. Wouldn't mind some feedback or opnions on it. Basically, use Chamber of Angels, Chariots of Fire, and Davids Harp to recour (SP?) the Silver Heroes. I'm probably being generous here, but if most decks have 7-10 Evil Characters and if I can keep my heroes coming back, I should be able to either get around their defense if not destroy it. And since my offence/heroes keep coming back, it might get hard to defend against them late in the game. Maybe try to throw in a stall card or so like Burial Shroud. Of course the Angels return to face value and not have any of their weapons, but we all can relate to trying to defend against a late game rush especailly when our deck is low. Could something like this be successful?

Silver is the best offensive brigade. It's fast, tenacious, and unstoppable in endgame.
It's fast because let's face it, there are four Heroes that basically every Silver offense should have that need Enhancements to stop (most of the time). Two of them are FbtN and one is CBN. A turn 1 TSA can often walk in for a rescue or two before any resistance is offered.
Because it's so fast, you don't need to devote as much of your deck to drawing, and you have room for Chamber, Tabernacle/Gotl/BotC/IaH/Covenant of Eden, and Blue Tassels/Wool Fleece (whichever the case may be), and Chariot of Fire. So you get to keep your Angels until endgame, when their high numbers will win you the day. If you've managed to keep Michael alive, nothing can stop him without Enhancements except PotW and Nero. For Nero you have Striking Herod and for PotW you have Bound.
Which leads me to my next praise of Silver: the enhancements. You have Seventh Trumpet; Striking Herod; Fire, Smoke and Sulfur; Bound; Book of life; and probably even more I'm forgetting. Basically the only rivals when it comes to battlewinners are in Green, Teal, and Red.
I love Silver. The only issue is it usually ends up being really big, or somewhat defanged. In a perfect world (where the minimum deck size is 63 and everyone is running 70 with a 6 ls win limit), Silver would be king. But for now it's a little too big to be as competitive as Prophets, Priests, or Genesis. I believe it's more competitive than everything else, though.

Bound won't stop immunity on a character. I don't really think silver has a problem dealing with immunity in the first place though.

for PotW you have Bound.
Issue. Bound doesn't itb. it just inturupts the last enh. I believe (and know) this can work. Expecialy with iaholy working all game. Basicaly you iaholy till they deck then when they lack a hand r.a. providing angel+ark. Recur brass serpant repeatedly, laugh.'
Instapost.

You don't need Chamber AND Chariot AND Harp, unless you feel that you need insurance.
Include Chamber of Angels to protect from discard, Covenant of Eden to protect from removal, and Fourth Living Creature to protect from capture, and you have an offense that's tough to stop.
-
Chariot allows you to be aggressive early in the game before you draw Chamber. Once you have Chamber, you could use Chariot as an Uzzah-target or something fun like that.

Or forget angels, switch to z-temple with cov of Phineas, and you get all that + protection from conversion :)
-
True, but you add Arianna, Paladin, Swift, Angel of God, things like that to the mix, and suddenly you get protection from all kinds of crazy things. They don't all target the angels, true, but it's funny how those cards can quietly thwart a lot of secondary strategies in addition to the body armor they already have.

the problem with Fourth Creature is no protection for TSA or CoTH

Who needs TSA and COTH? Honestly most of the time I find the small angels to be more useful.
-
Haha, don't underestimate a late game TSA or Captain when they've already been killed off and recurred with Chamber of Angels... ;)
-
with my decks... well maybe cuz I have huge defenses. But it doesn't bug me. Scarier is a late game prov angel to grab brass s with cov of eden and 4th beast set aside. Then army of the Lord on all those small uncapturable angels ;)
-
tribal elder+jacob+serpahim(old band to green)+armor bearer+heldai+helez+maharai+israelite archer+angel of god. activate cov. with eden and altar of dagon and you have a 50/49 banding chain, reusable, destroy territory, cannot be captured, discarded, removed or converted bunch of humans. XD
-
Altar of Dagon protects Evil Characters from being converted doesn't it?

Altar of Dagon protects Evil Characters from being converted doesn't it?
really? I thought it said all characters. Well, either way, there's only like one or two cards that convert. You're stil pretty set.

until someone blocks with 12 fingered giant or herod the great, etc.
or someone does something obnoxious with a set-aside battle winner.

Or Mask of fear/ any fbtn character with Ash pole up.
