The Legacy Rare

The Meek one.
-
what the meek one
-
Legacy rare is better for almost everything. The CoW one is good if you're running cloud enhancements but otherwise is worse than the LR/Promo one.
"Meek" translates into "No Special Ability". As there are no support cards for a meek Daniel at the moment besides, say, Windows of Narrow Light, the LR/Promo is better for now.

I will have to say, I forgot about the possibility of meek when I responded.

Fair. I can only respond to the best of my knowledge.

Can't you use the meek and the LR in the same 50 card T1 deck? The more Daniel the better! ;D
-
run a 100 card deck with The CoW and the LR/Promo. Also use Chariot of Fire dominant so you can rescue the one version and put the other one down.

That’s not a bad idea...

I just rechecked the deck building rules and you could only do that in type 2

Ah, yes. But still...why not for T2?

I'd do it
