Half the deck seems to be missing (artifacts, good cards, dominants), but I did want to note that Black does have a 1/1 king, Jehoahaz. Also, might you want to replace a few Babylons with Lion's Den, since you have Persian Presidents?

It's just a defense, but that's a good idea on the lion's dens. I'll only put one in though since they're not Babylonian.

How is chamber set aside? Does it say that? I must have missed it.

And the problem is, if someone played confusion, and looked through your deck, they would realize that destroyer was your only hope. Therefore, I still say that you need chariot of fire. It would provide a way to get destroyer even if your opponent discarded it with like, egyptians or confusion.

What if they just plain capture him? My deck can do that very easily.

As posted the deck is 73 cards with 8 Lost Souls. Were you aiming for 63, 70, 75, 77 or more cards in the final deck?
