I saw Nebuchadnezzar on a poll and was wondering what he actually does and what set you get him in

I highly recommend using the Redemption Live Visualizer (http://redemptionlive.com/#/Visualizer).  Not only can you search for the cards, but it gives you incredibly detailed information on them, including the sets they came in.  You can also search and sort in just about any way imaginable.
