I am having an Unofficial tournament at my house and there are a bunch of people coming who have no clue how to play Redemtion and i bought 2 E & F decks and 2 G & H decks i was wondering is there a "best" starter deck or are they pretty even? things i have already noticed are

 E:
 Really strong banding abilities
lots of extra card drawing abilities
 N.T. angels
 O.T. humans

 F:
 strong banding abilities
 anti-banding
 anti-draw

 G:
 hand increase artifact
has some really good characters (especially on defense)  -  "The Guardian"
Moses (all  special abilities are negated)                  -              "JSB23"
Red Dragon (immune to humans)                      -                      "JSB23"

 H:
has lots of battle winners (especially on offense)           -      "The Guardian"

 is there a "best"

if not what are they all good at

which one can be the best?
-
				A-B and I-J WOOT  ;)  :D

I like G and H they both have fairly powerful stuf E or F I forget which has some nice PG capture
-
G&H definitely or maybe C&D but good luck finding those

-
E,F,G and H are fairly even. I have always felt H was the most powerful for beginners, but the player's smart choices can make any of them formidable.

 i have C but i didn't think it could compete against E F G and H
-
				it is g/h

-
okay there are a lot of people saying G / H decks are the best but why are they the best?

-
Most special abilities + Moses/Red Dragon

-
I've played in tournaments where C&D, E&F and G&H were all played and have seen C&D decks win. It made for alot more diversity which can up the fun factor. For unofficial play use them all and have fun.

 Godspeed,
 Mike

I would have to check the individual cards to be sure, but I seem to recall that H has the most battle winners.
-
It really depends on what you are using them for. For sealed G seems to dominate turnies. I've never seena  C/d deck vs a g/h. I prefer G for a few reasons.
A: I do well with green offenses.
 B: Alot of sneaky cards
 C: Moses+meeting in the wilderness
