I have yet to be able to build a deck due to my work schedule and wanting to get all my cards organized and inventoried before I do, but I am playing in a tournament in Flordia at the beginning of April and am interested in a T-1 2-Player deck. I pretty much have every card in the game or access to it. If someone got serious I would pay some cards for a deck. Let me know, thanks!

I'm not sure I understand what you want. You want to trade for or purchase a tournament-worthy deck from someone else? The sentence where you mention you have access to every card is tripping me up; couldn't you build a deck if someone gives you a deck list? And when you say "pay cards for a deck", do you mean trade?
Not being mean, I just want to understand.
