i have a friend who's deck has a LS that can only be rescued by a girl
originaly in my deck i had
strong angel
angel of deliverance
the destroyer
and gabriel
well the point is i had no girl heros
so i put kira in and took out destroyer
so do you think i should keep kira or destroyer in my deck

keep in destroyer just make sure you have wanderrer LS in your deck

Hopefully you have more than 4 Heroes in your deck. :) If you don't I recommend using 7-8 Heroes which would leave you room for the 4 you mentioned and a couple female Angels too.
I usually make sure to include 1-2 females so I can rescue that Female Only Lost Soul because a lot of people use it. For Angels you can choose between Kira and Arianna for females.
As xCaLeBx mentioned, the "wanderer" Lost Soul helps too.
