Can you have both the Crimson and Orange one in a 50 card Type 1 deck.

No, you can only have one of them in a 50 card deck.

That is what I thought!  But because they are generic that means you can control more than one in the same battle, correct?

Yes, if you are playing T2 or use a 100 card or larger T2 deck, you can have multiple fallen angels out.

Sorry I was talking about me banding to yours, but I guess since I can have two in the same territory, I can have two in battle.
