New JErusalem(site) and Dragon Raid and Promised landin one deck I'm asking because of th only one multi heroe in a deck rule

Yes, you may have one of each in your T1 deck.

you can have more then one multi hero in your deck. you just can't have more then one of the same hero. (i.e. Soldier of God and Seeker, but not 2 Soldier of God's)

I was confused by that at first, too. It's trying to say, "no more than one of any particular MC card in any deck," not "only one MC card in any deck."
