You need to add a lost soul. 57-63 card decks require 8 lost souls, and the hopper does not count.
-
First, you need to change your deck count... it's actually 56, which makes it legal.
I'm not seeing the reason for Cov w/ Adam and Elijah's Mantle atm...
Also... ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use two-liner (except for multiplayer... and even then)
Also... there is absolutely no reason why DoN should not be in this deck. One G-Cow and your whole offense dies.
5th... I simply don't see blue as enough of a powerhouse offense to risk only 5 stand-alone evil characters.
Overall, good ideas. Obviously a solid offense but still needs work for tournament play.
Score: 7

Sorry I'm new to this. I knew I was forgetting something.

WAY too many Artifacts. I consider a deck Artifact-heavy when it has 7.
Blue has been blessed with Journey to Egypt, largely negating the need for Priestly Crown. Never use Tables of the Law. Ever. Chariot of Fire or David's Harp, never both unless you're using a highly-specialized deck. You have Gifts in there all by its lonesome with no way to make your opponent draw cards. I suggest adding Hur or taking out Gifts.
Laughter, Jacob's Rods, and Pleading for the City are dubious. The offense sorely needs OoN and AStU. Also, CotH wouldn't hurt for a quick setup with Jacob.
You'd be better off using no access Sites than just Dragon Raid. Access Sites need to be 2 or 3, or zero. Don't forget about Journey to Egypt.
Storehouse is superfluous as you have only 19 cards total which cannot be played down during the Discard Phase.
The defense is flimsy at best, useless at worst. Emperors is the best thing to combo with Genesis, since RDJ can be used at will without nuking an offensive Fort, and the hand discard on offense and defense can really hurt.

Since you're new, I thought I might translate some of this in case you weren't sure:
OoN: Obedience of Noah
AStU: Abraham's Servant to Ur
RDJ: Romans Destroy Jerusalem
At any rate, I agree with all of Polarius' points. Additionally, no matter what defense you use, it has to be a bit bigger when paried with Genesis. I can say for certain that Genesis is not a fast offense, and you'll need to be able to block more than a few times in the game. Your current standalone defense is not likely to stand up to most well-built decks long enough for you to win.

Red banding offense would pretty much walk in without a single worry. I've never been crazy for tiny standalone defenses. (my current deck has over 60 evil cards in it. :D)
