This is basically my "No defense" T1 2 player deck, and it works well for multi.  The main tweak I made was to make 6 of the lost souls "plain Jane", no special ability, and here's why:  I WANT someone to come and get my lost souls in a multi-player game.  I want to be known around the table as the guy who gives away lost souls for free, so I don't want restrictions on my lost souls like "NT only", "Female Only", "2 liner", "First Round Protected", etc.  Those restrictions make it more likely that they will go after someone else's lost souls - lost souls that I want to rescue too.  Also, because I don't have a defense, I'm begging other players to use their Unholy Writs, dominants, etc, to stop their fellow players, meaning they hopefully won't have those cards to use against ME later.  Yes, its risky to give lost souls away, but the main goal is for ME to always have a lost souls available on my turn.

Cards I'd strongly consider adding?  Destruction of Nehushtan (which I can't believe is not already in here), and Unholy Writ.

Final note:  Lay Down your Life is an AWESOME multi-player card!  It has saved my rescuing hero multiple times now from Christian Martyr.  I highly advise adding this card to multi-player decks.

Did you see that I played it against Brederic's Disciples deck while we waited?  Disciples have a TC enhancement that discards an enhancement in territory, and then Matthew can recur it because its from Matthew :)  And it doesn't matter anyway, because once he gets Fishing Boat out, which NOTHING can touch, he has access to all sites.  Game over :(

Disciples killed site lock and Abom all at the same time :(
