EDIT: added the orange evil characters. For some reason RTS didn't include them in the deck summary

The defense deck needs more ECs, and by more ECs, i mean you need to list the ones RTS didn't copy :)
-
If make a defense only deck the bigger the better
-
wow, for some reason the orange ones weren't listed. How strange

Why not SOG & NJ in both decks? And I agree with JBS. Me and my friend did the same thing and his looked like a type-2 deck I'd take out tabernacle for house of bethany.
-
because one member of our team might use them at the wrong time (i.e. using SoG before drawing NJ)
but it's understandable, he's only been playing 2 weeks. I tried to make the most advanced concepts be in the defense deck

The Punisher and CBP lost souls work great in defense-heavy decks.

But aren't teams decks like these only half as fast at rescuing lost souls? I mean, on the Defender's turn they basically draw cards, put out what they want to, and then pass their turn, right?
I could MAYBE see this working with a 50 Card Speed offense (maybe White NT females?) and a 100 card Defense deck, but personally I'd hate to pass up a chance to rescue lost souls on my turn as the defender.
In my partner's case, we made identical 56 card super-banding decks because 1) We get a prep phase at the start of the turn and can put out who we need to band to, and 2) We can band to each other's heroes and ECs. It's not without its faults, but it has worked well so far.

2 speed decks work really well together. You only need a couple blocks (Uzzah, doms, soul manipulation, etc) if you can rescue a soul every turn.
-
a couple suggestions for the top deck:
prosperity out
reach of desperation in
a new creation out
preaching the truth in
Daniel
