Lost Soul - If in a Site, set an Evil Character in the Site add it to battle if this Lost Soul is being rescued.
Lost Soul - While this card is in a Land of Redemption. all cards in that player's Land of Bondage are protected from Burial.
Lost Soul - Protect Lost Souls from being exchanged or placed under the Draw pile.
Lost Soul - If a Hero withdraws from a rescue attempt against the holder, place this card beneath the owner's draw pile.
Lost Soul - This Lost Soul may only be rescued by a Female Hero or the Son of God.
Lost Souls - This Card is treated as 2 Lost Souls and must be resuced twice to count.

I'm open to any kind of suggestions except if it is changing the type of the deck (Angelic).

First of all, welcome to the boards and to Redemption!
It might be a bit easier for us to see in a brigade type format, for instance you have a list of Lost Souls, then a list of the heroes and evil characters sorted by brigade color. Then you could have a list of enhancements sorted by brigade color, then a list of dominants, artifacts, sites, etc.
As for now, I might suggest keeping the deck as small as possible-optimally between 50 and 60 cards, with a few exceptions. This is useful to get your best cards out as quickly as possible. Because the larger the deck, the more chance there is that your best cards (i.e., Son of God or New Jerusalem) are going to take longer to get to.
As for the amount of evil characters, you should have enough if your deck is just a tad bit smaller.

ok but all (except for Servant Girl & Centerian at Comperniam) are Silver in the Heroes Catergory.
My Problem is all the Cards are so good!
I love all the effects! so how should I cut down?

That's always been my problem as well (which is why my try at 56 card decks usually end up being 63 cards :P).
Cut your deck down some and play online with others. The best way to edit a deck is to use it to see what works and what doesn't.
I notice that you do have Godspeed. First strike is is not as good as you might think. It gives your opponent initiative (which can end up hurting you a lot).
Also, it's crimson, not pink.

I just got Chamber of Angels, the cov that discards to negate evil enhances, and striking Herod, but I am alrady running the gathering of angels. (I will be changing it soon.)
