Title: Victory at Hebron II
Post by: Korunks on November 02, 2010, 10:26:09 AM
Any interest?  I would love to see Victory at Hebron Updated with more current strategies, and the current cards.  What do guys think?

maybe if it played a little more like redemption. id like to have a hand held version of the game so when you don't have someone to play with you can test decks and stuff

I'd like to see it mixed with RTS. Ability to use your decks online, ability to "buy" cards, and yet a single player mode as well.

This I like.  Single player RTS/Mode where you unlock cards.  Maybe for fun we can take the top root players and make a AI based on their play style.

Anyone have a spare copy of the first?  I'd like to try it out

I found it quite interesting, then it digressed. Quickly.

Also, don't use cheats, because it's impossible to beat the people since you're the highest level and they will neuter you. I speak from experience.

It should be exclusively for the mac just to make up for all the RTS hardship we've gone through.

You speak of experience only from borrowing it from me. XD. What you guys really want is a new RTS really. Not Victory at Hebron as the game it is. Victory at Hebron is NOT redemption. It really only qualifies as being connected to Redemption because of the similarity between the game's cards and the real cards.

Actually, I like the idea of a single player Redemption.

A single player REDEMPTION game would be amazing. But as I said, Victory at Hebron is not really a true Redemption game

It would be cool if they had this ready as an app either in the apple app store and/or android market place.

I doubt that will ever happen. Though that would be neat to play Redemption wherever you go.

I agree that it gets boring quickly, but I sure hope you were being sarcastic when you said it is impossible to win with cheats. With cheats it is the opposite and you just completely and utterly abolish your opponent.

I know in Homeworld 2 that if you used trainers, the difficulty would scale accordingly.  Same here?

There is an app that I was working on getting it compatible with Redemption, until they updated and completely changed it around. It was called "wagic" and it was in the apple app store.
