considering it's $0, I think that buying it would be a good idea.

Have you played?

Have you played?
I haven't played it myself, but I heard it was decent.
Is it seriously $0? Like...Cactus will send it to you for free? Or is that just Rob's way of saying it's not available anymore?

you can select whether you want to purchase a booster, a booster box, or a Tin (which I'm assuming is the starter deck). but that was from the info page, not the purchase page.

It's a pretty good game. It plays a little bit like Pokemon, with the power-ups and all, but the actual battles are a bit strange. It relies a LOT on drawing the right cards, very luck based. Fun once you understand the mechanics. I liked it except that there was a very OP'd card in the expansion pack, and once my brother added it to his deck, I could no longer win. Sigh.
I might be willing to trade my opened starter set & booster cards for some Redemption, if someone's interested.

how rare is the card? Also was there ever any tournys?

It was a rare. (I think rare was the most uncommon rarity.)
There were tournaments at some point... they had these uber-expensive tables with lights that everyone played on. Very strange.
