I love this game but my old children's pastor loved it more.
He had two cars one white and one plum. He named them Prof. Plum and Mrs. White. I also love the movie.

Well there are spaces with a symbol you can step over, if you step on one you draw a card from a new deck. All the cards cept 8 help you in some way shape or form. If you are called into a room by someone else you also draw a card. 8 of the cards are clocks. The first 7 don't matter. Whoever draws the 8th card dies. All their evidence goes face up. The 8th clock is shuffled back into the deck.

Also each character has a once per game ability pertaining to their character. E.g. Prof Plum can do two suggestions in one room in one turn, while Mrs. peacock can look at one card in the hand of someone she just showed a card to.

Also there are more rooms, different and more weapons.

An interesting dynamic. I might have to look for one of those.

I love this game, but unfortunately don't own a copy myself. I played the new version last Christmas with extended family and I didn't really like the new stuff; it just seems to clutter it too much. None of us actually died from the clocks (probably because my brother-in-law solved the murder really fast :P), but it loomed over the entire game and made people nervous to draw from that deck.

I love Clue. I don' have the new version yet. My kids and I are playing on a copy from like 1959 or something like that. It still has all the pieces too. I picked it up in a thrift store like 4 years ago. My daughter is hooked.

We have a version and my dad thinks that it could be about 25 years or older. Not too sure.
