Minecraft Question - I need an expert

My wife wants to start a world (existing seed) for the PS3 and then edit it for beginners, but then she wants this world to be accessible to people on her blog. Can this be done?

As far as I know, you cannot host a server on PS3 edition, only pc.

Agreed, though in a future update they are thinking of changing that for the consol version, but I believe only on Xbox 1 and PS4
