I was told that if I posted some complete T2 decks it might encourage more people to give it a try (so they could have something to start with). This is a deck I haven't run in a tournament, but it's done pretty well in a couple online games.

I’m curious why Every Man’s Sword is in reserve. Seems hard to get when you might want it (especially if you can’t anticipate it if opponent hasn’t shown any multi cards).
I’m also a little curious about the placement of provisions in the reserve, but more so wondering if there is a top pick/combo here with provisions since you have 3 total.

Organized it for people (like me) who have trouble looking at one long list. ;)

Every Man's Sword/Paying Taxes -- I think originally I had Gain LS on the list so those were the cards I would shuffle in. I must have switched up the LS at some point and forgot about those.
Not really a combo with the Provisions, just a little extra speed and a way for Zeke, Phinehas and Joshua to choose ECs they get initiative against. In a pinch, they can be used as negates with Throne of Grace.

Not a bad idea...feels like I could probably bump up to 101 to add Ark. Of course then I might want Glory of the Lord...

The Tabernacle promo hasn't been updated in Lackey yet so you would have to use the old Tabernacle as a proxy.
