I am running a genesis Egyptains deck and would like some advice.
1.Which one would be better for game play in your opinion?
Captured ark
or Given over to Egypt?
2. Also in a type 2 tournament would taking foreign wives be necessary? Is there a lot of drawing abilites going on nowadays in type 2 games?
3. Does a Genesis offence type 2 deck need a decent amount of draw abilites?
any thoughts??

1. Depends. For Ark, does your deck have ways of getting rid of artifacts otherwise, and can those artifacts shut you down? Also, it doesn't work with Nazareth up for your opponent. For GotE, do you have Pithom and the rest of the deck discarding stuff? If you use some of it, then use it all.
2. I would say FW is a great add to most T2 decks in general, but even moreso for an Egyptian deck. Don't forget that she counts as one, even if she is not Genesis.
3. You won't be using the draw on offense, generally. Your rescues will be Joseph (or people who get Joseph) or Jacob, preferably to pre-block play RtC. Then if you don't have either, you will rescue with Benjamin. If you don't have any way to rescue with all three of those...you're in trouble anyway. Also, there's not really room for drawing enhancements in the offense, you search instead for some speed there. The drawing comes from the D.

Agree with pretty much everything Redoubter said though I'll add that Simeon also makes for a pretty good rescue and in the event your opponent has no LS available, a great Hero to battle challenge with since he forces the opponent to use resources.
Blue also has a couple great Heroes that aren't necessarily Genesis, but can be quite effective. Eli the Priest, Ahimaaz and Ehud all work very well with a Blue offense. (Eli and Ahimaaz allow you to utilize Urim and Thummim which is a huge advantage.)

I agree with the power of other Blue heroes, but if you play a couple of games and never find a rescue that calls for a hero because you have a better option, it is usually a good idea to cut the card.
Just don't make the mistake of rescuing with Benjamin with non-Genesis heroes in territory ;) That will not end well on any account.
