Just looking over it quickly you may want to consider adding more site access...
I think you have 2 access heroes (nahum), 1 kinda access enh-habakk stands watch, 1 access site, and 1 access art. A dedicated type 2 sitelock will have few problems taking care of that. The habakk stands watch is a cool one, though. Since you're playing phillies you could throw in the land dispute to grab access to sites as well, plus more habakk stands watch.

king amon/manassah-cool combo but with only 2 cards out of 105, not likely to show up, plus doesn't go with the phillies. Both are fairly useless by themselves. I would consider subbing them out for more phillies. If you are using them to spur on the philly outpost, I would consider doubling them both (amon x2, man x2) so you will get that going sooner. You may want to consider replacing lots wife, but she's immediately useful and female, so that is good. Playtesting should tell you if it's worth it. In a sadducee deck I had her in, but eventually took her out for another sadd because the "specific country enhancements" like high priests plot were useless on her. You may run into the same problem with many of your philly specific enhancements.

AOC's will be plentiful and can cause (any) defense problems w/o protect forts, which your phillies will be vulnerable to. I would consider getting more counters to this (darius decree is good, but you only have 1, and arts are vulnerable to cap ark x3).

Lurking is a cool card, but can only be used once. I would consider putting in kingdoms of this world x2 to counter the many choose the blocker offenses and place 2 phillies in there and you're set vs the garden tomb as well.

Hope this was helpful.  :)

Advice taken, and deck updated. :) I didn't know how popular Site Lockout was, so I didn't take it into account too much.

Cool-I updated my post w/more suggestions after looking at it (didn't know I could update my own posts!).
Yea, site lockout may not be very popular, but you're bound to run into it and when you do and aren't prepared, it's trouble.  ;)

Hmmm...
I would also consider replacing hunger and pride o simon (good cards) with more useful nasty philly enhancements. Recursion is powerful in t1, but less so and less needed in t2 since you get to throw in multiples of powerful cards (unless you're spamming up I am holy-that's fun).  :)

I was thinking the same thing, but I guess I was too used to T1. :P Well, updated again. Anyone else have any advice? ::)

fallen warrior is a good add
defence looks strong

needs more on offence:
it seems green is just hard to punch through for me sometimes
hidden treasures x3
tears for a friend or abel sacrifice xmore
provisions+shuffle your own guy is helpful especially if you got alot of unique guys on defence

definitely more darius decree

can you recover from your own ANB? does it help the overall deck any?
#s on benaiah being 4/5 with spears and bears is big too...

obadiahs cave is nice to have here good job overall

/agree with Clift
I would take out A New Beginning, Sword of the Lord, David's Music, and Abel's Sacrifice x2 and put in Plague of Frogs x2, Repentance x2, and an extra Provisions. Just like Clift said, Provisions your guy, make them block with your Philistine Garrison, then you play Search and Plague of Frogs or Two Bears to shuffle him back in so that you still get a Lost Soul.

I would take out a Chariot of Fire for another Unholy Writ. You have 2 Midwives already so it shouldn't be a problem.

However, what is a problem is the fact that you have only 13 ECs. I would take out a Fortress and a Curse for 2 Fallen Warriors. That way you're up to 15 characters which will always help. I would also try and fit some Joseph in Prisons in if possible, but I don't know what to take out for them right now.

No, he doesn't need I Am Healing. One, he doesn't have any Gold heroes to play it on as an enhancement. Two, he has other artifacts that need to be active (Carcasses). And three, he has Chariot of Fire plus Midwives x2. That is plenty to keep his Heroes alive.

However, I think you only need 2x Obadiah's Caves/Philistine Outpost. They will still usually come out, but once they do, you don't need the extras. I know you can get rid of the Outpost to get another Philistine, but typically, you're going to discard a different one.

By taking the Caves out, I would put in another Swords to Plowshares. Extra protection against weapons and you only have 1 right now.
By taking the Outpost out, I would put in another Lot's Wife. Extra banding plus another Evil Character is never a bad thing.

I would like to see some more evil enhancements like some Joseph in Prisons, but right now, you don't have any more room.
Otherwise, looks pretty good.

The thing about SiP is that I don't want to lose my Philistine Chariots. I was considering even getting rid of the one I have. Are you sure about that?

I was thinking about that, but you only have 3 Chariots. If you want, you could take out the Swords to Plowshares for I Am Grace and take out an Obadiah's Caves and Abel's Sacrifice for 2x Plague of Frogs. That way it gives a battle winner for Midwives and Saint Patrick (since they aren't prophets).

Actually, that is not quite right...but since you have been off the boards for a while I will forgive your ignorance.

Earlier in the year, gabe brought up a point about St patrick having prophetic visions that came true  so stp patty is a priest and prophet.

Habakkuk
Hur-one out for benny
Joel
Micah x2
Midwives x2
Miriam x2-one out for benny
Nahum x2-Jeremiah
Nathan
Saint Patrick-Zechariah

GE's: 19-too much, do 18 enhs and add GOYS since you have search.
Abel’s Sacrifice x3-once you play this you will lose iniative i'd do more negates
Benaiah Snatches a Spear x2-  ^
Habakkuk Stands Watch x4-why 4? I would do 0.
Plague of Frogs x2-two more of these for Habakkuk Stands Watch
Provisions x2-2 more for Hababakkubbakkkukk
Search x3
Two Bears x2
Spiritual Warfare

Good Fortresses: 4
Obadiah’s Caves x2

New Jerusalem
Son of God

Update on this deck: I have the current version on RTS, and I just played my first T2 game ever with Slugfencer! ;D He had to leave, so we didn't get to finish, but I don't think his offense had a chance of breaking through my defense, and I had gotten rid of all his battle-winners and Philly Chariots with Harvest Time, so I probably would have trounced him, although he might have been able to lock me out with sites; I don't know how many he had. Anyway, I think I'm getting the hang of T2, and I'd like to play a few games with the regulars to get into the swing of things. :)

It really is just a more epic version of T1. The only thing I really don't like is having to choose which LS you rescue. Burial and SoG are even more awesome in T2, which is uncool because they were already OP in T1. :P

But that's how Type 2 works. It's always been like that. But the up side is that you have to rescue 7, so SOG/NJ are not the main cards you wanna get (like in Type 1).

I don't have all the cards yet to make the physical deck. Besides that, my dad doesn't want to take me to small events at NHLC, because it's kind of far away, as you know. :( After December though, you might be seeing a lot more of me. ;D

How would your dad feel about taking a short jaunt to West St. Paul? A new T2 player should be able to find a ride from there up to NHLC fairly easily.
